Luxsoka romance in the making?
Alright, the episode tonight answered some very interesting questions. For instance, it appears Lux and Ahsoka will have a romance. I can say I was pretty shocked by the episode, but also touched. However, it is your choice to decide whether you like it or not. But Dave Filoni's made up his mind, let's see if he'll keep it that way. Is there a Luxsoka romance in the making?
For Ahsoka's choice on what she was when the Deathwatch woman asked her, I begain laughing what remained of my sanity away. And Lux kissing Ahsoka, that surprised me greatly. I have a couple of pictures from the episode, I may update with more later. Until then, I'm Ahsoka.
Is it just me, or is there an actual look of longing in Ahsoka's eyes? |

Deathwatch episode (Annika Elipton speaking)
Lux [Bonteri] renounces Dooku and the Separatists, and joins an extreme faction known as the Death Watch.
Well, all of you Lux-haters now have proof! Lux Bonteri is hereby evil. Haha, joking. Deathwath is actually an improvement compared to the Separatists. Deathwatch has been at ends with our favorite Jedi ever since Season Two of the Clone Wars. Obi-Wan and Anakin have both brushed with Deathwatch, so now it's Ahsoka's turn. Everyone knows Vizsla's on the way, if the Season 4 trailer showing him wrapping a liquid cable launcher around Ahsoka's wrist is any indication. I hope she makes it out unscathed, as Vizsla seemed to be playing dirty.
Many fans have speculated this will be the canonical start of Lux and Ahsoka's so-called 'relationship'. I have a theory that even if Ahsoka has feelings for Lux (which is very unlikely), she will follow better judgement and leave well enough alone, unlike her master. She's an intelligent girl, so even if she truly wants to stay, she will do what's better for herself and the Republic. Besides, I don't think she would be able to go without Anakin. He's a very big part of her and her life, even if she doesn't realize it.
Moving on. To many females fans' delight, there is going to be a female Mandalorian, whose name is currently unknown. It is a common fact that Madalorian's are popular with fans male and female alike, so this will be interesting.
I think that the plot of A Friend In Need will resemble the plot of Bombad Jedi (Season 1, Episode greatly. A protagonist goes to aid a friend, only to find out s/he has switched his/her loyalties. S/he is captured and imprisoned, but escapes. The rest of the adventure varies for the media in question.
All in all, I wish it would be a trilogy. Maybe only one episode is for the better, as this serves to develop characters, not the Star Wars story line.
Well, that's it for now! Annika Elipton signing off! May the Force be with you

The Prison Arc!
"Obi-Wan Kenobi is turning villain! Star Wars: The Clone Wars launches a four-episode arc January 13 that finds the legendary Jedi knight going undercover as an evil marksman from the planet Concord Dawn. He'll infiltrate the Republic prison to gain information about a Separatist plot and, while there, he will mix it up with a cadre of vicious bounty hunters including faves like Cad Bane, Bossk, and Boba Fett. "Embedding himself in this group is a pretty awful risk for Obi-wan." says supervising director Dave Filoni. "It'll cause conflict between him and Anakin Skywalker, the kind that will test their relationship. How well do they really know one another? How much do they truly trust each other?" Among the highlights is an awesome obstacle-course tournament in which the inmates, including Obi-wan, must prove themselves and fight each other for survival. And teases Filoni, "There just may be a prison break!""
"Deception: ""When the Jedi learn of a Separatist plot to kidnap Chancellor Palpatine, Obi-Wan is sent to a Republic prison disguised as a convict to extract information from the conspirator. While inside, Obi-Wan discovers that Cad Bane has been enlisted and they must work together if they are to escape."
"Friends and Enemies: ""Fleeing across the galaxy, a disguised Obi-Wan, Cad Bane, and Morallo Eval are wanted fugitives pursued by Anakin and Ahsoka. Bane and Kenobi work together to evade the relentless pursuit from Anakin but it is Obi-Wan who must confront his former apprentice and do so without blowing his cover."
Obi-Wan is working with Bane? What is the galaxy coming to? JK, this sounds interesting. We have:
The return of Boba Fett. Last time we saw him, the young bounty hunter was being escorted to prison after his failed assassination attempt on Jedi Master Mace Windu. Based on screenshots from different trailers, I'd say that he's grown up a little. It's possible that over a year has passed since we've last seen him.
The jailbreak of Cad Bane: One word- Cool! But how the heck does Bane not realize it's Obi-Wan who is his partner in crime? Even if he IS in disguise.
Anakin/Obi-Wan confrontation- do I smell foreshadowing? This could be interesting. Anakin is chasing Obi-Wan across the galaxy, then they possibly argue? Sounds like episode III to me.
Then throw Ahsoka, Bossk, an obstacle course and a new bounty hunter into the mix and this ought to be interesting!
